Product Condition
All cards and collectibles are sold based on the condition listed in the product description and the photos provided.
For raw cards, we do our best to describe condition accurately using general terms such as Near Mint, Light Play, Moderate Play, Heavy Play, or Damaged. Please review all photos carefully before purchasing.
For graded cards, the grade shown on the slab is the official grade from the grading company listed.
If you have questions about condition, centering, corners, edges, surface, or any other details, please contact us before buying.
Photos
Photos shown are of the actual item for sale unless otherwise stated.
Because trading cards and collectibles can have small flaws, print lines, whitening, scratches, or other imperfections, we strongly recommend reviewing all photos before purchasing.
Shipping
Orders are shipped with care and packaged to help protect your cards or collectibles during transit.
Cards may be shipped in sleeves, top loaders, team bags, cardboard protection, bubble mailers, boxes, or other protective packaging depending on the item and order size.
Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout when available.
Black Cat Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at confirmed card shows or approved public pickup locations.
If you would like to pick up an item at a show, please contact us before purchasing or select the available pickup option if listed.
Pickup availability may depend on our upcoming show schedule.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are considered final unless there is an issue with the order.
Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or condition concerns that were visible in the photos or described in the listing.
If there is a problem with your order, such as the wrong item being sent or an item arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
Refunds or returns may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Inventory Availability
Some items may also be available at local card shows.
We do our best to keep online inventory accurate and updated.
If an item becomes unavailable due to being sold in person, we will contact the buyer and issue a refund if needed.

Prices may change over time and may differ between online listings and in-person show pricing.

We are not required to purchase or trade for every item offered.
